This amazing piece of kit attaches to a chuck in a standard drill and the soft rubber as it spins wears away the 3M VHB tape we use on our range of alloy wheel rim protectors without damaging the wheel surface (subject to surface being in good condition without loose of flaking paint).
We tested one of these after a customer suggested we do and were amazed. We tested one on a very expensive set of custom built wheels and it removed all the VHB tape in minutes leaving no trace of it on the wheel rim surface. We then contacted the manufacturer and had a load made for us.
